Do you have a minimum order value?

We do have a minimum order value of £100 exl VAT. Any customer who is looking to make an initial trial order may excluded from a minimum order value.

How do I make a purchase?

Once you have found the item(s) that you wish to purchase, simply click on the ‘Add’ to basket button below the product description and the item will be automatically added to your bag.

Your bag is permanently on the top right of your screen and it’s constantly updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your bag before checking out.

When you are ready to complete your order, simply click on your bag (top right of the screen) and choose between ‘View Cart’ (if you want to see a summary of your order, or you’ve got a promo code to use) and ‘Checkout’ (if you prefer to skip the summary and proceed straight to the checkout process).

At the checkout page you will need to enter the details necessary to complete your order (i.e. your delivery information and contact detail. Ensure that all of your address, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order.

Account customers will receive an order invoice via email when the order has been processed which will need to be paid via bank transfer 30 days after invoice date.

Can I order over the phone?

If you are unable to place an order on our website, please get in touch. Please make sure you have details of the items you require beforehand and our team will be happy to help you.

Can I add items to an existing order?

If you want you can try and get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you if possible, but please note that if the order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to change it either. In this case, the easiest way to add items is to create a new order.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Your order can be cancelled up until the point that it has been fulfilled in our warehouse. Get in touch if you need to cancel an order. If your order has already been fulfilled, unfortunately we cannot cancel it.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods does SugarSin accept?

We accept the following all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal. Unfortunately, we can not take over the phone payments.

Your payments will be taken when you place your order, just after we performed a security check.

I’m an account customer, how do I make payment?

As an account customer you will be receiving an invoice for your full order via email once your order has been dispatched. The invoice can also be downloaded from your account page. Payment must be made within 30 days after invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. SugarSin receive the right to add interest at 2% per month to any unpaid invoices after due date.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery charges & how long will it take?

We always do our best to provide a quick, safe and convenient delivery service to the delivery location of your choice, as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12 noon will be delivered to you by the end of  the following day. Our standard delivery charge is £15 exl VAT and we are offering free delivery on order over £250 exl VAT.

How can I check if my order has been dispatched yet?

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to the email address you provided during the checkout process or which your account is registered to.

Can I track my order?

You will soon be able to track your order online. Until then, if your order hasn’t been delivered on time please get in touch with us and we will track it for you.

PRODUCTS

What shelf life can you guarantee?

We offer a minimum of 6 month shelf life on all our products. Sometimes we run campaigns on shorter dates, which would be advised before purchase.

What is you recommended retail price?

We have listed each product’s recommended retail price on our website. You can find this information by viewing the product page and clicking on additional information.

Do your products have barcode?

All our products that we sell on this website come with an outer case 14 EAN barcode and a  product 13 EAN barcode. You can find each product’s barcodes by viewing the product page and clicking on additional information.
